Position Overview:
- As a Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional, you will play a vital role as an individual contributor, focusing on both primary and secondary luxury residential properties.
- Responsibilities include managing leads provided by the company, showcasing properties to clients and ensuring closures
- Organisation shall provide support in terms of buyer & seller leads, technology platform for managing leads & inventory, associate support for carrying out site visits, high quality office infrastructure & relationship and network within the industry created over 5+ years of industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify ongoing projects and new upcoming launches in the luxury residential real estate market.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads for new project launches and hot resale deals.
- Attend product launches, networking events, and industry conferences to stay abreast of market trends and expand professional network.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing to ensure conversion into site visits.
- Showcase luxury properties to clients during site visits, highlighting features and providing detailed understanding.
- Present comparative analysis of luxury properties to assist clients in decision-making.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favourable terms for all parties involved.
- Follow up post-closure to ensure smooth completion of post-sales documentation processes.
- Coordinate with the collection and accounts team for timely collection of payments from clients.
- Generate referral leads and references from booked customers to expand the client base.
