Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create short videos, reels, and interactive content tailored for the real estate audience.Project Site Shots, Visiting new launch project sites and creating content
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, AI tools, and technologies to integrate innovative ideas into campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align social media strategies with broader business goals.
• Monitor social media metrics and generate performance reports to improve engagement and reach.
• Build and maintain an active online presence by engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages promptly.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to enhance content strategies.
• Create presentations for campaign pitches and strategy reviews, ensuring a professional and impactful delivery.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in video creation and editing tools for reels and short videos (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut).
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and trend analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for exploring new-age technologies and their application in social media.
• Highly creative, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Portfolio showcasing past social media campaigns or video content will be an added advantage.
