Job Description:
– Lead and manage the Seller Process team to ensure smooth property acquisition and
verification.
– Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for telecallers, surveyors, and sales executives.
– Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure property listings are promoted
effectively.
– Monitor Salesforce CRM updates and track property verification and sales progress.
– Ensure properties are assigned to sales executives for closure and track progress.
– Liaise with the Buyers Process team to match buyers with listed properties.
– Train and mentor the team, ensuring adherence to company policies and sales
strategies.
– Develop strategic initiatives to increase seller engagement and property acquisition.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
– Number of verified properties created in the CRM.
– Conversion rate of verified properties to sales deals.
– Timeliness and accuracy of Salesforce updates.
– Number of successful property closures.
– Channel partner engagement and lead generation efficiency.
– Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
