My Realestate Services MRE LLP is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns while generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Generate and improve the quality of leads
• Monitor CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and campaign ROI
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion
