We are looking for a General Manager – Resale with extensive experience in the real estate resale segment. The ideal candidate will lead the resale division, manage high-value transactions, and drive consistent revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire resale vertical for residential & commercial properties.
  • Oversee client inquiries, property requirements, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Develop and manage resale inventory and ensure seamless transaction flow.
  • Set monthly/quarterly targets and monitor team performance.
  • Create strategies to increase resale business and expand market presence.
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitive activities.
  • Train, mentor, and guide the resale sales team.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in the real estate resale market (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication & closing abilities.
  • Strong network with brokers, investors, and resale market agents.
  • Deep understanding of Noida/Gurugram resale markets is preferred.
