We are looking for a General Manager – Resale with extensive experience in the real estate resale segment. The ideal candidate will lead the resale division, manage high-value transactions, and drive consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire resale vertical for residential & commercial properties.
- Oversee client inquiries, property requirements, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Develop and manage resale inventory and ensure seamless transaction flow.
- Set monthly/quarterly targets and monitor team performance.
- Create strategies to increase resale business and expand market presence.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitive activities.
- Train, mentor, and guide the resale sales team.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in the real estate resale market (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication & closing abilities.
- Strong network with brokers, investors, and resale market agents.
- Deep understanding of Noida/Gurugram resale markets is preferred.
