Roles and Responsibilities:-
He/she will be responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies, marketing, and training. The Prime role is to sell luxury residential and commercial projects.
Doing site visits, creating a research report as per the need of clients and suggest clients the perfect project for their requirement. Excellent leadership, customer service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Performed regular client meetings & site visits.
- Effectively closed client transactions directly i.e. a successful direct selling career.
- In-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying cycle.
- Awareness of government policies and bylaws, processes & transaction procedures.
- Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city.
- Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
- Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality – He/she has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company’s positive image.
- You will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
- Report on sales activities to senior management.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
