Guided by retired Indian Police Service (IPS) officer and Ramon Magsaysay Award winner Dr Kiran Bedi, IVF devotes itself for social causes like looking after the children of the inmates (convicted mothers) and providing training in skills like weaving, knitting etc. Prateek supports this cause and have been an active partner in their initiatives.
Prateek Group also plays a supportive role for the Help Care Society and Children Reading Society. The Help Care Society was founded in 1990 by Late Smt Kamlesh Nischol works to create general awareness about improving the quality of life of the girl child and working for the legal rights of women. The school division focuses on sponsoring needy and meritorious students who are economically backward. Children Reading Society (CRS) also works to provide basic education to children who come from economically fragile families.
