Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for real estate sales.
- Handle inbound calls from existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for call volume, conversion rates, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
