We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken female professional who will act as the first point of contact for our channel partners. The candidate will be responsible for initiating communication, nurturing relationships, and ensuring timely lead sharing with the Channel Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential channel partners.
  • Introduce the company, explain projects, and build strong partner interest.
  • Share qualified leads with the Channel Sales team for further closure.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to strengthen partner relationships.
  • Perform cold calling to onboard new channel partners.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, discussions, and partner status.
  • Coordinate closely with internal sales teams to ensure smooth communication.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
  • Confident on calls and relationship-driven.
  • Organized with good data management skills.
  • Prior real estate experience is a plus (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Preferred Candidate Profile Female candidate with a professional and persuasive communication style.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented. Comfortable handling high call volumes.
