Real Estate Advisor (Profit-Sharing Model)
Job Summary:
MRE is looking for an experienced Real Estate Advisor to manage primary and
secondary market transactions. The role includes handling channel partners,
managing a team, and converting leads into sales through site visits and client
interactions. This position operates on a profit-sharing model.
Key Responsibilities-
-Handle sales and closures in primary and secondary real estate markets
– Manage and coordinate with channel partners and brokers
-Work on CRM systems for lead tracking and follow-ups
– Lead and manage a sales/advisory team
-Conduct site visits and convert qualified leads into sales.
Requirements -Proven experience in primary and secondary real estate markets
-Strong channel partner management skills
– Hands-on experience with CRM tools
-Team handling and leadership abilities
