Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and improve overall campaign performance.

Candidates with relevant internship experience in Performance Marketing are also eligible. Candidates with hands-on professional experience in performance marketing are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
Create and manage digital advertising campaigns according to business objectives.
Conduct audience research and identify relevant targeting opportunities.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and analytics.
Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
Conduct A/B testing of ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Track leads and conversions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
Requirements
Internship experience in Performance Marketing is acceptable.
Candidates with hands-on experience in Performance Marketing will be preferred.
Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Basic understanding of campaign management, audience targeting, lead generation, and performance metrics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand campaign data.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Candidates who can independently manage and optimize campaigns will be highly preferred.
