User Agreement

We are a digital real estate advertising, marketing and information services platform connecting people with the real estate market. MyRealEstate.in and our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the "Company") provide access to a variety of services, including the MyRealEstate.in website, mobile applications and products and services available through them.

The Website and Mobile App are owned and operated by My Realestate Services MRE LLP, a company incorporated under the laws of India.

This document and the Privacy Policy constitute electronic records under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. These Terms of Use constitute an electronic record and do not require physical or digital signatures.

These Terms of Service apply to all Users who use our Services.

If you contact a Sales Expert or use another contact form or request a callback, we may share the personally identifiable information you provide and information about your use of our Services with the party you wanted to contact.

As an advertising platform, MyRealEstate.in does not and cannot validate the authenticity of all content in its Services. Much of the content is uploaded by advertisers or builders. Where a complaint is made, we may take remedial measures.

Users should conduct comprehensive ownership checks, verify seller or landlord credentials, personally visit the project or property and independently verify title documents and other relevant information.

We strongly recommend that proper due diligence be conducted before entering into any real-estate transaction.

MyRealEstate.in is an advertising and marketing platform for real estate projects. It does not facilitate, negotiate or assist in sales between users and developers.

Information displayed for projects is based on information provided by the respective developer. While reasonable efforts are made to obtain meaningful and updated information, displayed information may not always be current or complete.

Pictures and photographs may include artist impressions and actual properties may differ from those representations.

Users should verify project information and applicable RERA details independently from the relevant developer and the applicable RERA website before making any purchase decision.

Some information displayed on the platform is research compiled from publicly available information and is intended for users' own research and awareness. Such information may not always be current or complete and should be independently validated.

All content included in our Services, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

All software used on the Website and Mobile App is the property of the Company.

Trademarks not owned by the Company remain the property of their respective owners and may or may not be affiliated with, connected to or sponsored by MyRealEstate.in.

MyRealEstate.in is committed to removing infringing products from its platform and maintains a process through which verified intellectual-property owners can report listing issues.

Our Website and Mobile App may contain links to other websites. When you click such a link, you are navigating to another website.

We do not accept liability for misuse of information by another website controller and are not responsible for the content of websites that use MyRealEstate.in search functionality.

We encourage users to review the privacy statements of third-party websites, which may differ from ours.

Information about our Users and our Website or Mobile App may constitute a business asset of MyRealEstate.in.

Consequently, user information, including personal information, may be disclosed as part of a merger, acquisition, creation of a separate business, sale or pledge of company assets, insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership where personal information is transferred as part of the relevant business assets.

Each User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, consultants, agents and employees from losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses arising from breach or non-performance of representations, warranties, covenants, agreements or obligations under these Terms.

Users also agree to hold the Company and its representatives harmless against claims made by third parties arising from the User's use of the Website or Services, violation of these Terms or violation of another person's rights, including intellectual-property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its representatives shall not be liable for special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or connected with use of or access to the Website, Services or materials, or services provided by registered service providers.

If a dispute arises between a User and MyRealEstate.in from use of the Website or otherwise in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of these Terms, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by MyRealEstate.in.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. The place of arbitration shall be Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 shall govern the proceedings.

Any complaint, abuse, concern regarding content or comments, or alleged breach of these Terms should be immediately reported to the Grievance Officer through the designated company email address.

Any grievance received by the Company will be addressed within the best possible time.

MyRealEstate.in shall neither be responsible nor liable for inaccuracies in information provided through the platform. Customers are requested to independently validate information with the respective developers before making decisions relating to properties displayed on the platform.

MyRealEstate.in, its directors, employees, advisors and representatives shall not be liable for actions taken, costs, expenses or losses incurred based on information provided through the platform.
