Job Title: Content Creator Location: Noida – Sector 136 Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1 Years Job Summary We are looking for a creative and experienced Content Creator who can develop engaging content and write compelling scripts for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, a good understanding of social media content, and the ability to create content that aligns with the brand and target audience. Key Responsibilities Create engaging and original content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Develop creative and engaging scripts for reels, videos, promotional content, and campaigns. Research trending topics, formats, and content ideas relevant to the real estate industry. Plan and develop content according to the monthly content calendar. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute content ideas. Write clear, engaging, and audience-focused captions and copy. Participate in content shoots and coordinate with the video/creative team when required. Ensure all content is aligned with the company's brand communication and objectives. Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and audience response. Requirements Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Content Creation and Script Writing. Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills. Experience creating content for social media platforms. Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, short-form content, and social media trends. Ability to develop creative concepts and convert ideas into engaging scripts. Strong research skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the marketing team. Candidates with experience in Real Estate, PropTech, or related industries will be preferred.
