After championing the hospitality and IT security sector, Carnoustie Group has entered the real estate zone with its new mixed land use – 'Noida World One Retail Space' at Sector 90, Noida. Spread over 25 acres of green belt, this new project would be developed in phases and the first phase would comprise of retail and office spaces. The Retail Spaces would be of 310 to 850 sq ft and the Office Space sizes would be of 410 to 710 sq ft. The development would be inclusive of a food court, a health club, a retail high-street, 4 screen multiplexes and family entertainment zones. Noida World One retail hub would be in close proximity to Sector-137, 143 and 144, and share good connectivity with the proposed metro station and Sector-18.
