Roles and Responsibilities
- To ensure sales in residential/commercial real estate.
- Responsible for generating new business opportunity for the organization
- Looking for a hard core performer in selling Residential and commercial Property.
- Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
- Talk to the leads generated by calling team & explain the project details
- Convince them for the site visit on call.
- Take prospects for site visits answering all relevant queries in the process.
- Finally do the booking
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and selling skills.
- Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
- Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality – He has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company’s positive image.
- He will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects with the help of team.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
- Report on sales activities to senior management.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
