Ahmedabad is the largest city of Gujarat with a population of over 3.7 million people. In 1411 AD, Sultan Ahmad Shah founded this city in the state of Gujarat. The city scored third position among world’s top fastest growing cities by Forbes. It is located on the bank of Sabarmati River and normally has a dry climate. The city is divided into two parts that includes Eastern and western Ahemdabad. The eastern part is recognized as old city, packed with markets, railway station and numerous temples. The western region comprises educational institutions, shopping malls, multiplexes and well planned residential areas.
